Affiliate Disclosure

Project Ares is free to read. To keep it that way, some pages include affiliate links: when you click one and buy something, the store may pay us a small commission, at no extra cost to you.

Amazon Associates

Project Ares is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Project Ares earns from qualifying purchases.

Where you will see them

• The “Deals for this story” box under articles, always labelled Ad · Affiliate.
• Promotions for products made by our founder, such as the MultiScenarios board game, are labelled as house ads.

Our independence rules

• No company pays to appear in, or to change, our news coverage.
• Affiliate boxes are chosen automatically from the topic of the article, after the article is written. They never influence what we report or how.
• We do not show prices: always check the current price and availability on the store’s own page.
